When financial crises strike all people are affected even the military. So because the defense budget was smaller this year the USA army try to compensate the lack of founds by incorporating new technology, not so high-tech but more more chipper. This way appeared in US Air Force Army the new eagle helicopter incorporated with new stealth devices.
